Tips for using PVC for blister packaging mainly include the following aspects:
Installation and debugging:
When installing PVC hard sheets and aluminum foil rolls, you need to ensure that they are stable and cannot rotate. Use a steel ruler to measure and ensure that the inner side of the roll is 125mm away from the machine body, and adjust the tightness of the brake screw to control the tension within the tensile range of 0.51kg and 12kg respectively.
During installation, pass the PVC hard sheet around the heating roller and stick it on the forming roller, merge with the aluminum foil at the aluminum foil heating roller, and debug.
Temperature control:
The temperature of the preheating PVC heating roller should be adjusted to 155~160℃, the temperature of the aluminum foil heating roller should be adjusted to 185~190℃, and the heating temperature of the batch steel character should be 120~130℃.
Adjust the heating and heat sealing temperature control table to the appropriate temperature value, and ensure that the temperature reaches the preset value before starting the host.
Precautions during operation:
During the production process, regularly check the appearance quality of the aluminum-plastic finished product and the operation status of the machine. If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection and repair immediately.
Pay close attention to the bubble belt after positive pressure molding, and timely correct the position of the indexing feed roller to ensure that the blister can be smoothly loaded into the bubble cavity of the feed roller and accurately align the distance between the two plates.
Adjust the cooling temperature gauge to about 30℃ to ensure the cooling effect.
Troubleshooting and maintenance:
If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing production.
Keep the machine and its surroundings clean and hygienic, and check and replenish lubricating oil regularly.
